Dear Sir/madam, I shall be honest and say that I fell upon your website completely out of the blue, I have been helping a good friend clear her mums house out following her sad death in December, and I was looking for her obituary when saw your site in the google list.I have little information in regards to the routes of my paternal family name, I believe from France originally and changed from posnet to possnett following a family feud, but when? so many questions I have, but then I came across your site and out of curiosity typed in my unusual last name and I was delighted to find a gravestone, with the same recent spelling but from such an old gravestone. This answers some questions as to when the name was changed, there or there about. My family have been in Leicestershire for a very long time, so you can imagine my excitement to find the information on your site. Its wonderful.I hope that you would mind sending me the pictures you have for this grave and maybe the one with it named Ann, or maybe they are on the same stone? I am also happy to send you grave details from various places, I'm by no way morbid but a little obsessed with history, I am on the local PCC for Ashley Village Church, Leicestershire as its opposite my cottage. I am also a gardener and do the up keep on may churches in the local area, so I see them most weeks and every time I go I read a new one. They contain some strange names and bizarre comments at times, making them all the more interesting.Anyway enough waffle,I look forward to your responseKindest regardsVictoria Possnett
